With over a decade of professional experience and the whole hearted belief that movement is medicine Lesley’s sessions nurture and nourish your entire being. You will be guided through creative flows and conscious techniques adaptable to your needs whether you are a first timer to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Move your body, breath, mind and mood. Training has always been a huge part of Kirrily’s life, growing up she competed in track & field athletics at State level, which led on to an interest in Olympic distance triathlon, and sparked her curiosity for getting nutrition right for both training and race days. As a cyclist, Kirrily also actively competed in a number of bike racing events over the years with local teams in South East Queensland, as well as the National Road Series. Being a Personal Trainer over 15 years, Kirrily is not only passionate about health and fitness, but strives for being the best version of herself, inside and out. The addition of becoming an Accredited Sports Dietitian provides Kirrily with a more holistic view of health, and along with her personal sporting ventures, makes for a well-rounded Sports Dietitian.

Olympic Champion, Australian Champion, Commonwealth Games Medallist, World Cup Champion – Sara has lived her dreams and then some. Now she’s taking the opportunity to share her knowledge, skills, and passion for cycling with YOU.
The sessions will be aimed to provide a friendly, fun and safe environment to deliver rudimentary cycling training and skills development for all levels of ability.
Sara will also ensure you can take full reins of your bike care to ensure you're never left on the roadside without the right tools.
